The arrow points to the Hotel shown in the photo below.

To the left of it is the Old Swatman Drug Store and Stevens Hotel that moved to where the Lutheran Church stands.

It burned in the late 30’s.

The Palace Hotel was right across the street and was still there, for many years, after the Stevens Hotel burned.

This is the Hotel, on Main Street, where Mrs. Tuttle said New Plymouth had its first Library, started by Mrs. Trayer and her friends.
